This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our Service.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day refund window on eligible digital product and service purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligible Purchases
This Refund Policy applies to the following digital products and services purchased through Cards For Feedback:
- Premium membership or subscription plans.
- Digital guides, toolkits, or educational materials related to market research participation.
- Priority access or enhanced survey matching services.
- Any other paid digital product or service offered through the Cards For Feedback platform.
2. 30-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund for any eligible purchase within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the original transaction. The 30-day period begins on the date the purchase is completed, as recorded in our system.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within the 30-day window.
- You must provide your order confirmation number, the email address associated with your account, and the date of purchase.

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the status within five (5) business days. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date of approval.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
- Refund Amount: Eligible refunds will be issued for the full purchase amount. Transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors may not be refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under this policy:
- Prepaid Mastercard compensation: Cards issued as compensation for completing market research surveys and studies are not purchased products and are therefore not subject to this refund policy.
- Expired refund window: Requests submitted more than 30 calendar days after the original purchase date.
- Promotional or free items: Products or services received at no cost, including promotional bonuses, free trials, or complimentary access.
- Chargebacks already filed: If you have already initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for the same transaction.
- Violations of Terms of Service: If your account has been terminated or suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.
6. Subscription Cancellations
If you have purchased a recurring subscription through Cards For Feedback:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your subscription benefits until that date.
- Refunds for subscription payments are available only for the most recent billing cycle and must be requested within 30 days of that charge.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period after the 30-day refund window has passed.
7. Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we reasonably determine that the refund policy is being abused. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to:
- Repeated purchases and refund requests for the same or similar products.
- Requesting a refund after consuming or substantially utilizing the digital product or service.
- Requesting refunds in bad faith or as part of a fraudulent scheme.
In such cases, we may deny the refund and/or suspend or terminate the associated account.
